Please consider to fill out and taransmit the attached formular "Credit Card Payment" in case of choosing Credit Card as payment method.
We reserve the right to save your personal data up to a period of 2 months for answering all provided questions. We will not share the data with any third person and delete the dataset when the period has expired!
